In the Belly Wins Grant for Developmental Workshop
In March 2016, One Bird Productions won a grant from Great Performances Catering to fund a developmental workshop of Eliza Orleans' new play In the Belly. The proposals were reviewed by four judges: philanthropist Diana Roesch DiMenna; Jeffrey Hayden, CEO of Caramoor Center for the Performing Arts; Heather Hitchens, executive director of the American Theater Wing; and author Jean Hanff Korelitz.
We are thrilled to get to work on the play more extensively and to get to hire artists we admire to join us. Thank you, Great Performances! Keep an eye on this space for more updates on the workshop.
